Message The majority of these problems were caused by two things out of our control. However, the sales person should have recognized at least one of these issues and threw up a red flag. With the upcoming holiday and the knowledge that they had to be made and ship from Cali, your anticipated arrival date never had a prayer.
It was ordered just before Thanksgiving and I see know way it could have gone out before the following Monday 27th.
Stillen was closed for a few days for the holiday and there was a weekend after that. Then Stillen drags ass for a couple days, really only about 3 IMO (not uncommon) and FedEx picks them up. So we are already at Nov 30th. Then it's all FedEx from there. They were late a day on the pick-up and it's been in there hands ever since. I'm quite sure they aren't still in Cali and I would expect you would see them the first of next week. I'll try to do even more looking into that tonight and give an update.

As far as the tracking # changing in transit, well that is because they adjusted the weight of the shipment in transit based on the dimensions of the box. Since all the packages were sitting aroung for a few days with no where to go I guess they decided to measure them for acurracy and stick it to some people. Getting the tracking # for a shipment on our account that never comes through Z1 isn't automated like the rest of our processes are now. I was actually looking into a solution for that this week. We had to call to get it and a mistake was made in writing it down, I don't think it's a stretch to say that a lot of FedEx's operators don't speak the best english. We obviously just got it mixed up somehow.

So while I do see some issues that weren't handled correctly by Z1, I also several things that turned it from an inconvenience that you would have never posted about into a this huge charade. Just let me know what I can do from here to make it right.
